I prefer to stay in my lane and do what I do well. If I feel something is outside of my scope, I am happy to refer to colleagues whose work I know and trust.

    Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I prioritize you in determining which approaches and models will work best for you. All evidence-based and shown to be effective.

    I’m not the expert of your life. You are. My job is to help you get there—wherever there is. We will figure that out together. I want you fully invested in this work.

    I’m trained to consider the whole of your life. Mind, heart, body, relationships, family of origin. It’s all important. And it’s all connected.

    Insight is important in therapy. But insight without action falls short. I help you understand the “why” and determine the “how” to move forward.
